An Ecumenical and Inclusive Fellowship of the United Methodist Church
Appalachia Service Project
Established in 1977
Rev. Glenn "Tex" Evans Started the Project
Making homes warmer, safer and dryer.
Thank you to all the youth and team leaders that heard God's call to go forth and help those
in desperate need! We thank our Lord Jesus for giving us a safe journey to and from Appalachia
and being able to bring some joy into the hearts of the people that we
served! This experience will always remain in our hearts.
As Paul the apostle said in Philippians 2:4 "Let each of you look out not only for his
own interests, but also for the interests of others".

You can do all things through Christ!
We had a successful mission trip to Kentucky this past June!
As always, we are very proud of our youth!  They worked hard repairing homes for the families we served and brought a bit of hope and joy to their situations! We also had a blast working together and developing wonderful friendships. Many thanks to the Bishopville United Methodist Charge and St. Mark's in Easton that worked in conjunction with Community Church to make this trip a beautiful example of working in Christian love.
